Vision Network UK event at Barton Manor Hotel, Preston

Sunday · 13 September 2026 · Preston

An event with a difference, built for independent eyecare.

One day. Seven speakers. Twelve hand-picked exhibitors. Practical sessions, CPD-accredited workshops and the peers to share it all with.

The promise

The optical event you'll actually look forward to.

Vision Network UK is a full day of practical sessions, CPD-accredited workshops, hand-picked exhibitors and genuine networking — built specifically for the independent eyecare community.

We've taken over a grand manor hotel in Preston and brought together the brands, speakers and independents that are actually moving the sector forward. The day is designed for optometrists, dispensing opticians, locums, practice owners and their teams — anyone working in independent practice who wants to exchange ideas, share experiences and learn from peers.

Selected sessions carry CPD points, and every session is built to be practical and immediately applicable — the kind of insight you can put to use back in practice on Monday morning.

The community

Built to bring independents together.

Vision Network UK exists because the independent eyecare sector thrives when it connects. You'll spend the day exchanging ideas with peers who understand the day-to-day of independent practice, sharing what's working, and learning from colleagues across the country.

Lunch, coffee breaks and time on the exhibitor floor are all built in so there's real space for conversation — not just badge-scanning.
